Dr Almousalli and his nurse are great. The office staff are the issue. The desks are messy, voice mailboxes full, they sit and gossip every time I’m in. My paperwork says call by 5 pm - the office closes at 4:30. I filled out a full patient profile, updating critical information. None of it was ever updated in the system. The same system that didn’t find me or my records the first return. Calls were left on a discontinued phone. My appointment was canceled after I took off work. Terrible.
