Judges patient for having pet hair embedded in clothes and not being well groomed even though he knows patient has no water heater or decent plumbing. Blames patient for not attending appointments because the medical transportation company you were contracted to canceled your trip on your behalf or the clinic you were referred to by him set the appointment but failed to notify the patient that they were even taking them on as a patient much less when and where. He's so busy playing the blame game that it's difficult to get him to treat the problem only to have him end up saying that since you don't do what he wants you to do he's just not going to treat you anymore even though you are there for an obvious infection and desperately need antibiotics he won't even take a culture.
