The single worst standalone medical appointment I've ever had. His manner was both aggressive and dismissive, the language barrier was profound, and he demonstrated so little interest in taking a reasonable amount of care that I felt the need to double check his badge to make sure he was actually the MD with whom appointment had been scheduled.
