Amazing doctors and kind staff

Dr Portal has no consideration of anyones time , on my last appointment he had me waiting in exam room for over 2 hours, when I came out to inquire when he was going to attend me his staff had no idea and had no answer , didn't even know where was my chart. I had paid my copay on arrival ($25), I ended up leaving because it was ridiculous for me to continue waiting , as I exited I asked if they can give me my medical records so I can just go to another Doctor and staff said I had to pay $25, when I just paid $25 and Doctor didn't even see me. I don't recommend this Doctor or this practice ,they are inconsiderate and don't value your time. Worst experience ever!!!
