I’ve had the misfortune of seeing Dr. Rengifo-Moreno since moving to Tallahassee. On the off chance that you actually see him and not just one of his nurses, he is extremely passive aggressive and rude. I have never had a pleasant encounter with this man and he has actively harmed me during a procedure. His office is disorganized and incompetent and he himself is ignorant and over confident in his abilities and education. He will ignore your concerns and hurt you. I have no faith in him.
