Leaving a 1 because I can’t leave a zero. Absolutely horrible communicating with patients and their families. Doesn’t take the time to speak to other specialties involved in the patients care. Talks over whomever she is speaking with or to. Doesn’t pay attention to the correct lab information and leaves it up to the patient to really find out what is wrong with them or have the right specialties come to see them. She “assumes” everything and says very downgrading things to patients. She doesn’t care to ask the patients anything about themselves/conditions and she keeps patients admitted to the hospital way longer than they need to be. And when family calls to speak to her she will not respond because she doesn’t want to hear what they have to say.
