I have seen Dr. Berryman since 2002. I recently had pelvic floor reconstruction surgery performed by Dr. Berryman. I waited almost 4 months for an appt to discuss my issues, plus another 3 months before I actually had surgery. My post-op care has been significantly lacking. I was to follow-up in 4 weeks, however Dr. Berryman's schedule was so booked my appt was at 5 1/2 weeks post surgery. Four days before my appt I received a call from her office stating my appt needed to be rescheduled, which placed my follow-up appt at nearly 8 weeks post-op. I had the option of seeing her PA/NP sooner, which I declined. The NP/PA knows nothing about my history, was not present during my surgery. I know nothing about the NP/PAs qualifications. If I wanted my care provided by her NP/PA I would have scheduled with this person and not waited months to have my issues addressed. I have called her office three times to report post-op issues (UTIs) and was told to see my primary MD for care.
