When I first came yrs ago, I was not welcomed by sister at front desk. She was very cold to me, hostile, rude. Recently I used specialist who is highly recommended to install my implants. At same time I had used a diff dentist for a cleaning as my insurance changed. 1 yr later she refused to see me back, citing "ethics". I asked what she meant by ethics and the cold sister told me it has to do with using a different dentist and not answering my phone. Also during that time sister aggressively called me 10x to sell me services. This is after they capped my tooth and botches the installation. The crown was like sandpaper when I rubbed my tongue against. Within 1-2 wks the tooth gave pain. Subsequently, the tooth had to be extracted. Why did she cap it? She let me go for 1.5 yrs in pain when I kept complaining there was something wrong with the tooth at crown time. She refused to send me to specialist for x-ray all that time. Her assistant told me she hardly ever does any crowns at all.
