At first they would ask for my urine sample. They handed me a standard medical cup with the lid and all, then by my third visit they handed me a Dixie cup. I was constantly asked to pay my entire deductible for next year even though it was six months away and it it’s for my family of four. Finally they dropped me in my 28 week of a high risk pregnancy . They would not release my medical records saying that I needed to pay $175 processing fee in cash only, No checks, no money orders, no debit
