Dr. Moness herself might be a skilled and compassionate doctor, but dealing with her office staff is an absolute nightmare. From start to finish, the experience has been nothing short of infuriating. The staff here are, without exaggeration, the most incompetent and uncaring group I’ve ever encountered. They seem to have zero interest in actually helping patients or managing basic administrative tasks. Getting a referral processed through this office feels like trying to scale a mountain. The follow-through on referrals is practically nonexistent—it's so bad you'd be better off sending your documents via carrier pigeon than trusting one of her "staff" to handle it properly. And if you don’t have every single detail exactly correct on your insurance forms? Don’t expect any help from them. It’s as if they’re deliberately trying to avoid doing their jobs. To add to the frustration, if you need to update any information with your insurance, make sure you know Dr. Moness's correct NPI number. It appears there are multiple numbers floating around for her, which is not only confusing but potentially problematic. It seems like her office can't even manage something as basic as keeping accurate records. In summary, I strongly recommend staying away from this office. The doctor's skills might be great, but the administrative nightmare you’ll face is simply not worth it.
