While the doc is the best you can find, you’ll find that her assistant, Douglas, is negligent in his care. To give you an idea: he doesn’t pick up the phone and it will take multiple messages to get him to return your call, if he ever does. He also does not pass along messages (even when the doctor has requested he do so). He ignores messages from the patient and the pharmacy about prescriptions that require the doctor’s attention and he ignores messages requesting appointments. He doesn’t share information that he’s supposed to with the doctor and patient. He made me wait for 30 minutes stating an infusion chair was not available, but there were 7 and the nurses said they were busy in the morning but not then. I told the doc and she said several patients have shared that he lacks follow through on the phone. She told me to contact office management, but he’s clearly too friendly with Douglas to be unbiased. So until Douglas is removed, I cannot go in or recommend anyone to do
