Dr. Offner insinuated that the free fluid in my abdomen was STI related because I'm a women and refused to operate. Turned out my appendix was ruptured and I had a tumor in my colon. I had an emergency operation at a different hospital with a doctor that knew how terrible Dr. Offner was when I mentioned his name. I was under Dr. Offners 'care' for a week and he only came to see me once. Where he proceeded to minimize my concern, ask where I got my medical degree from for asking questions, and implied I probably had an STI. I never had any STI. I would NEVER recommend Dr. Offner. He is dismissive, degrading, and lacking any care for a woman's health issues.
