Horrible! Dr Connor treats you like your pain is not worth his time. Then they tell me they will contact me for an MRI appt which they never did. After a month I call and they say I need to make the appt but never gave me details to do that. Then they never called me afterwards. I did get an email from the MRI dept saying my results were online. I finally called DR Connors office to see what's next. The person I spoke to make it seems like surgery could help or have no improvement at all. I was charged $45 for that phone call. Now I'm wasting time on the phone trying to straighten that out. I recommend you find someplace else.
