I came in as a trauma patient in Long Beach. I was in critical condition with multiple fractures and a bleed. I do not remember much. However, are remember how calm cool and collect Dr. Murphy was. He put in a chest tube on my right side and I literally did not even feel it. The guy had the tube in place and sutured in in a minute. Dr. Murphy truly saved my life as I heard him arguing with surgeons in the name of patient care. I later heard from a surgeon if I didn’t go to surgery when I did I would have died. The guy is a boss!!!! I was lucky and honored to be his patient. Thanks Dr. Murphy wherever you are!
