Dr Roach was very informative when he came in prior to my procedure. His N.A., Raymond was the best. Every single nurse and dr on my team shared the same opinion that, if they were needing anesthesia, they'd want Ray to do it. He's very thorough and explained what to expect at every step in the process. It was comforting to know what was going to happen while I was going into a vulnerable medical situation. I could not be more pleased with the whole experience.
