I took my 9 year old son to see Dr. Maddox. We both really liked him! Dr. Maddox was very professional, genuine, warm, and took the time to answer all of my questions. From the time we checked in, all of the staff were nice, professional, and very helpful.

Dr Maddox missed seeing a cyst in my right maxillary sinus during endoscopic viewing. This cyst us large and causing pressure and pain. I went for a second opinion and the doctor saw the cyst during endoscopic view and ordered a CT scan and successful treatment. Dr Maddox needs to not rush office visits, he needs to listen to his patients symptoms. One sided facial pain should be an important indication of further investigation and not a quick diagnosis of an allergy
