Dr. Conrad is a true one of a kind! He not only knows his stuff but takes time to make sure you completely understand as the patient what is going on. He goes the extra mile without being asked to....I had severe bleeding after a balloon sinuplasty which caused myself & my mother, my son & my significant other to of course panic so we called the office number Dr Conrad had on the bottom of my discharge papers, just the everyday office number we figured it would be the typical after hours call center type thing & would prolly get a call back from some on call dr handling the ER that night.....but NO we got told they would get back to us in just a few minutes & like clockwork within 5 minutes the phone was ringing & it was Dr Conrad himself he calmed everyone down told us exactly what to do & told us if we needed him again later on to just call! I would recommend him stand behind him & say at any point that I am behind satisfied with his work! p.s. Rona his nurse is terrific as well!
