I was a patient with Dr Rothwell for 15 years. My children were also seen by him. He was a wonderful doctor to our family He was like a grandfather to me from my point of view. The problem is, he never knew what was wrong with me. I have discovered I have neurological Lyme disease and it is very severe. I missed two appointments in a row. The first one I missed because the text messages I received gave me the wrong date, but the correct time. I was called the day of the appointment and told that I missed it. The office gave no understanding and still blamed me for missing it. I was rescheduled for a couple of months later. In that couple of months I declined severely. I couldn’t walk, I couldn’t talk. I struggled to breathe. I almost died. So obviously, I missed the second appointment. He kicked out of his practice with no care for my condition. I feel betrayed. Do not trust this man. He seems genuine, but he’s only there for the money. Fooled me. I thought he cared for me.
