Dr. Cox starts off strong until you are a concierge patient. After that the care is very disjointed. There is confusion and bad communication and a lack of proactive care. I started managing my own care again to a degree I should not. I have 4 other friends that tried him and left frustrated, upset and wanting their money back. He also likes to be conservative on certain treatments, but that costs a lot of money and you end up coming back for more and paying again. He needs to focus.
