My husband and I saw Dr. Jones in March 2020, and it's been a nightmare ever since. We were both charged a SURGERY CHARGE of $1300 each. We were not informed by Dr. Jones or his staff that we would be charged for this 1-minute look in our nose. I repeatedly called Loyola and Dr. Jones' office to no resolve. Dr. Jones did not inform us that looking at our nose would cost $1300 or considered a surgery. If he said surgery I would have stopped right there and said no, I need to talk to my insurance company. I did ask him why since we had CT Scans why couldn't just look at that. He runs up the bill with charges we were not aware of. He will not return all phone calls. His office states the doctor has no idea that there are charges for various procedures. I'm questioning if this is a violation of the False Claims Act but Dr. Jones has not returned my calls to discuss this.
