Had a terrible experience. Called to request a prescription for lab work to be done, was told that the Dr required an in person visit to do this (they said tele health would not be an option). Had been to see the Dr. for a physical less than 6 months prior. Hired a babysitter, went to the appointment only to be handed a post-it note with a phone number scrawled on it and told that the Dr referred patients out in cases of my request… Really felt like a money grab for my copay and the insurance payment
