I had surgery schedule for August and September. The lady who schedules the surgery told me to call her back regarding my new insurance. I called to give her the insurance and to cancel and reschedule the July surgery because of a work conflict. I have over 17 documented calls where I have left Voice mails for her to call me back and I have left my work phone as well. As of this writing, September 6th, NO ONE HAS RETURNED ANY OF MY CALLS. I had an appt on September 5th. I called them to confirm it when I didn't get a text reminder. I was told by the receptionist that all my appts and surgeries had been cancelled. She then put me through to the surgery scheduling nurse who she said was at her desk. The call went to voice mail. As of this writing, no call back to reschedule. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. IF THEIR CALL BACKS ARE NON EXISTENT, CAN YOU IMAGE IF YOU HAD THE SURGERY, HAD PROBLEMS AND NEEDED HIM TO CALL YOU BACK. HE WOULD PROBABLY NEVER GET THE MESSAGE. HIS OFFICE STAFF IS HORRIBLE. I chose a new health care with a very low deductible and increased FSA for all of this. to l this. This morning I found another doctor. When I told the receptionist at the new place about my experience, she said she hears that all the time about this practice. Dr. Griffey may be awesome. His office staff is not.

I've been calling for 2 days and no one answers the appointment line... After long waits, I hung up.. he did do my cataracts a few years ago... After a long wait just now. they apparently disconnect callers...
