I brought my recent MRI and radiology report to my first appointment with Dr. Lombardi. He tossed the paper on the table and said “ this is a laundry list of everything the radiologists finds - It tells me nothing”. He barely examined me other than to test my reflexes. He told me the pain was coming from my back and not my hip, though the MRI results AND my pain and symptoms indicated a severe tendon tear of one of the muscles in the hip. When I mentioned that to him, he told me that I “wasn’t listening to him”. He referred me to another doctor in his practice. I was so dumbfounded at the experience I had just had . BTW my husband is a physician and I a nurse so we know a bit about the importance of doing a thorough exam, and listening and showing respect to the person who came to you for your expertise. I have NEVER written a negative review about a doctor, but I felt that I must do so now. This should never happen to another human being. Thank you
