Patient Reviews
Nov 14, 2023
My gastroenterologist sent me to Dr Paul Willis because they saw a narrowing in my celiac artery. When we got there, he told us that he didn't have enough information but he is a UPMC doctor he could have looked in the computer. Anyway he told me that if I wanted him to do the surgery that would be fine but also it would he would be able to get more toys for his children! We were appalled and went to walk out and he stopped me and said we'll get up on the table and I'll check you out and he listened to my heart and lungs and said okay well there's nothing I can help you with. So I called my gastroenterologist, Dr conduit, on my way home and told them what happened with Dr willis, and they sent me to another surgeon which saw that I had a 40% blockage in my Celiac artery and did an angioplasty and put a stent in my artery. I was not very happy with Dr Willis.
