Patient Reviews
Oct 22, 2021
Dr. Mumfrey was friendly and attentive at my first appointment. For my second appointment, I had to wait over an hour and when he finally saw me he was visibly stressed/tired/frazzled. He was entirely dismissive of my issue (severe PMDD) and seemed reluctant to answer every question I had. I asked if he would recommend surgical menopause (a last resort for severe PMDD cases) and he said no, there are many things he would suggest I try before considering surgery. I asked him what kinds of things, and he was impatient and said we'd cross that bridge when we got there. His goal was to get me out of his office as soon as possible. Terrible experience.
