The only thing I would change is I received an extremely large amount of reminder phone calls emails and text messages. I already spoke to the office however it’s not on them. It’s on the automated system. I don’t think a person needs 11 texts and 5 or 6 phone calls reminding them about an appointment as well as a usps mailing. There needs to be a way to change your system to be able to confirm via email or text message. Not just receive an email or text.
