My experience with Dr. Benoit was very positive. He gave me some very disappointing, but not surprising news about the condition of my feet as the result of a degenerative condition. I appreciate that Dr. Benoit told it to me straight, and gave me the advice I needed to hear: that I needed to stop running to protect my feet and my hips. I had been a daily runner for 41 years, so the idea of not running any longer was a major adjustment. But I followed his advice and my feet and my hips feel much better. I am adapting to my new exercise routine. I am very grateful to Dr. Benoit for not sugar coating my situation and telling me what I needed to do, because I never would have arrived that that conclusion on my own. Thank you Dr. Benoit.
