Office awfully slow to be seen & expect a long wait time in waiting room even if you show up 30 minutes early expect them to be a hour behind. The EC building is very old & filthy. Stains on ceilings, stains on floors, bathrooms dirty. I can’t see how this place is sanitary at all for the type of work that’s done here. Office staff on personal phones which is very unprofessional & they are also quite rude.
