Never met him, met his PA, Elon, who has left the practice, and now was seen by a Medical Assistant. Could not write RX, told us his RX would be called in by 5pm on Wednesday. That wasn't done. When my husband got upset, he was told they would drop him from the practice. All in all, the entire experience after Elon left was truly horrible. Staff and mysterious dortor, missing PA.... Med assist was nice, but we REALLY NOT LOOKING FOR A MED ASSIST TO TREST CHRONIC PAIN. Thank you, but no thank you. I will be reporting all of this to HCH administration, and I may even call to find out I'd this mysterious Dr even exists.
