I have recently requested my medical records to be forwarded to a new physician that is now closer to my new location. This office has been dragging their feet on getting them sent too the new Dr. Office. When I finally get a chance to stop by Dr. Llobet's office (which is now a hour away, reason being for a change of physician) I asked Judy why my records have not yet been sent too the requested physician I have requested 2 weeks ago. Her response was: Well we have up to 30 days to release them so we still have 2 more weeks. WHAT I SAID!! My new physician needs them before I can get there to see her. Meanwhile my prescriptions are running out and all she said was: make another appointment here. REALLY!!!! Already was stated it was an hour for me too drive to get too them and a short drive for the new Dr. What part of urgency do these people not get!!! My suggestion to anyone even considering going here do your homework and go somewhere else. Oh and I have been a patient since 2005.
