Dr Craven is great, but his staff is rude and uncaring. Considering leaving practice due to his staff.

Went in for my 0800 appointment, I told the staff (short red head) behind the 3 inch thick Covid glass I didn’t have a mask (required) by the doctor. She replied go out to your car and get one. I replied I don’t have a mask in my car. I then told her I forgot my paper work at home and before I could tell her my wife could scan it to me or bring it back to me. She told me I will not be seen by the doctor. I then told her I will cancel my appointment. My opinion is the short red head staff member is rude and disrespectful. This would be the type of person I would walk out the door to the unemployment line. I will find a more professional establishment that will treat patients kindly. The doctor could be awesome but this staff members is his face and what he represents.
