I saw Dr. Paula Anne Harvan at NorthShore University Health System for a routine physical. I was excited as I was a new patient. This was my first visit so I made sure to bring my very organized medical documents which showed a history of my Blood Pressure and other vitals from prior annual visits. She was impressed with my organization and preparation and stated that she would take my papers back to the copier so that she add these documents to her files. When returned she did not have any of my medical documents which I had entrusted her with and I noticed that now she was in hurry as if she was just told that she was overbooked with patients. I Asked about my papers and she said I don't know what happened to them. I remined her that minutes ago I handed them to her for copying. She frantically throws her hands up in the air stating "There's nothing I can do". I couldn't believe how dismissive and careless she had been and now suddenly rushing me off as well. I never returned.
