started seeing Dr murati after my Dr of 10 years passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. I called and made the appointment and they got me in right away. The morning if my appointment was laundry day, so I just didn't wear any undies not thinking anything of it. Turns out he does a thorough physical on 1st appointments to my surprise. Puts you in a gown and checks you over. So I had the embarrassing job of having to tell the nurse "hey I'm completely naked under here" lol. They were all so nice about it. The doc said "here we'll do this differently to keep your dignity in tact" and was super sweet. They all are. When my mom passed he hugged me and talked to me about his own mom's passing. He is not at all about money. I'm poor. And he schedules me to accommodate even though he could make me come in FAR more. He doesn't. He has helped me with other things unrelated to why I see him like when I had a busted eardrum. Has me do heart exams and other lab every so often to make sure I'm healthy. A great Dr in every way. The other Dr (Mary) is like a therapist and so genuine. She has sat and listened to me and offered comfort and support. So has murati. Shelby and the other office staff are A+ and I can't say enough about the girls. And oh my gosh, Geno is fantastic. He's so funny and calms my nerves instantly. They all are just so great. My life is better because of them.
