MY FAMILY MEMBER SHOWED UP 6 MIN LATE AND STAFF INFORMED HIM THE DR SAID HE WAS 17 MIN LATE AND HE WOULD HAVE TO RESCHEDULE FOR LATER DATE BECAUSE FIRST VISIT TAKES 1 &1/2 HOURS (THAT WOULD PUT THE DR CLOSE TO 5:00 LEAVING). BETTER YET THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE WAITING ROOM AND THIS FAMILY MEMBER HAD 2ND-3RD DEGREE BURNS.
