I went for my 8 week post partum check up in April of 2020. I had really bad post partum depression and promised my husband I would talk to the doctor openly about it. This guy did the exam, didn’t tell me I still had stitches that hadn’t dissolved yet, and then talked to me for 20 minutes about how when he and his wife had a child in another county people came to watch their baby so they could go out. He finished his 20 minutes rant with “so do you want to be a lazy American and ask me to give you a pill to make you less sad or do you want to buy a bike and hire a babysitter?” Keep in mind we were 3 weeks into the COVID pandemic. Only giving him 1 star because 0 is not an option.
