Patient Reviews
Aug 08, 2023
Dr Harvey is wonderful with talking with his patient. Patient and explains in customer friendly language. But I have to say that staff response to patients awaiting approval from insurance company is lacking. It’s been weeks and we have not heard from the office. We just found out the approval for a procedure was denied, no one called from the office. This is discouraging in reference to your statements about patient care. Not very pleased with this outcome
