Dr Kwait spent the majority of my mother’s checkup on his computer so I was talking to the back of his head. He barely spoke to us & then it was to recommend 2 surgeries. He didn’t give her an updated eyeglass prescription and barely looked up when we left the exam room. He would answer my questions while on his computer so I spoke only to the back of his head which is extremely rude.
