Dr. Phillip Pontious, DMD

Several bad experiences here in the last few months. The only good human that works here is the front office clerk.1. Dental Assistants fail to drape patients for xrays, including children.2. Deep cleaning is done, without Dr. Pontious even popping in to say hi.3. Old Assistant with ' 40 years of experience' tells me I've had at least 8 cavities previously filled, pretty sure I'd remember that and what she was seeing was sealant.4. Old assistant brought in her colleague (another assistant?) to inject me with lidocaine who didn't even bother to make eye contact or introduce herself and state her name.Does the doctor do any of his work? Hes wasnt present my last 3 visits. I will not be back. Moving to a smaller friendlier office where the dentist actually sees you after cleanings and does his own injections for fillings.
