Dr. Phyllis Odoom, DDS

This is the worst review on someone I've ever left, and I only leave reviews when someone deserves it... and this is well warranted. This person is the most unprofessional, judgmental, rude doctor I've ever experienced, and this isn't even about me. She treated my girlfriend multiple times and each visit was more of a nightmare than the last. Dental work is already anxiety inducing enough without your "Professional doctor" making you feel worse with personal judgements and snide comments. Not only that, lied multiple times to either increase the money they make off appointments through her insurance, or she's just a vindictive person who enjoys tormenting her patients. My girlfriend has cried every time they've interacted and she's only gotten worse each time without caring at all. All she provides is shame and discomfort when she's supposed to make you feel comfortable and safe. She's completely incompetent, negligent, and deceptive about what you need and when it can be done.
