Staff was very nice and courteous and so was the doctor when he was explaining to me that I needed surgery and then weeks of Physical therapy and if I didn't have the surgery I could potentially end up in a wheelchair. After surgery, however, he was a totally different person. Post-Up visit. I was told I was not going to need PT. Then developed an infection at incision site which he continued to clean out every single week even after it was no longer infected. Caused a lot of scar tissue and I still have a lot of pain and he tells me it's neuropathy which I know it's not. Finally sent me to therapy after 12 weeks and therapist told me I had so much scar tissue that it was not going to do any good. Has never done another x-ray, MRI, CT scan or anything. Pretty much just blows me off. I was totally shocked.
