I normally have a very relaxed visit with Carus Dental Group. Dr. Lloren is the reason I left the Kingwood location and switched to the Atascocita location. I am very pleased with the office staff, Hygienist and their practices. Everyone is helpful and works together to provide excellent service. I am not an easy dental patient and have had a difficult time finding a dental office that puts clients needs first. Dr. Lloren's team is outstanding. Unfortunately, My last visit, on Tuesday 6/2, was unusual and concerning. The dental hygienist was a temp. She was very nice, but did not polish my teeth for the cleaning and did not ask if I wanted fluoride, but put it on my teeth unexpectedly, and let me leave with it all over my gums and lips. I left choking on the fluoride and obviously, with my teeth feeling anything but clean. I hope this is was just a one time incident. I will be calling today to speak with someone to avoid this happening in the future.
