Have been going to her since 2010. She is always in a rush. And lately takes days to get a prescription refilled and does not seem to care as I Dr should about a patient!!! The office says 48 hours and yet I put a refill on Wed morning and never heard anything( which I should of by Friday( and my medicine sent to pharmacy. And this is not the first time. Plus sent a message in patient portal and have never heard back. And it was looked at by staff members. Wanted to make appt and she was not in .and no one else could see. They made a virtual apor with some other Dr the previous Monday, that knows nothing about my health issues. Very upset and disgusted by my medical care at Pinnacle Health!!! There was one caring Dr there but left. Dr Lutz!!! Too bad. Wonderful caring Dr.!!!!
