Dr modi and her staff and nurse kathrine w have taken their incompetence out on their patient. I was misinformed by 3 different institutions on getting a medication filled, i was misinformed by dr modi staff the pharmacy and insurance was given me 3 different stories. Her staff was saying she didn't receive a fax from the pharmacy when i was standing in the pharmacy the pharmacy was telling me they were waiting for dr modi approval, the pharmacy was telling me it was a class 1 narcotic it was not, i was receiving messages from her staff that were misleading her nurse katherine called me very rudely and was telling me it would be 2 weeks before it would be filled . Yelling at me on the phone so now dr modi and her staff has blocked me from getting a health care provider in that bld. From their mistake and confusion to this patient how unprofessional is that
