She told me last Nov 2023 that I have a LH arm blockage and I'll get a referral. Then middle of Feb 2024 I called her office to find out "what is the blockage" and her office can't tell me in simple english and still no referral. Then they gave me an appointment Feb 27, 2024 for non office visit which I thought is just a phone session but they keep insisting video session. I told them I just got a procedure which my pain is to the roof and the answer still no for phone session. I must do video or come in person. I thought there is a patient's rights.
