I visited Dr. Kundra in August 2024 (an appointment I booked in November ‘’23). Her team was callous and unhelpful when I called before my appointment to ask if I needed to fast or do anything pre-visit as they provided no guidance directly. Response to my question was “why would you think you’d need to do that?” (Fasting was needed for blood work glad I didn’t listen). My visit was booked for the hour, she appeared 40 minutes after and spent 5 minutes with me, offering very little feedback or advice related to why I was referred to her beyond we’ll see what the labs say. Her assistant was pleasant but he quickly steered conversation to one of my symptoms and never really moved off of it though it was the less serious issue. Finally when my labs came back she simply sent an email saying “labs look normal”. No context as to what that meant, no suggested follow on action given legitimate health symptoms. I would never recommend this practice to anyone, the care was shockingly poor.
