She should be FIRED! Has NO class. No education and has a LACK OF EMPATHY/knowledge. I have a 2 minute video for a reference and will be seeking to have this woman removed from practice. Absolutely disgusting how she treated me today

I have been going to Southland Arthritis for many years. I have had wonderful Drs up until recently. A new Dr was assigned to me after Dr Philpots left. The New Dr named Chhibar was extremely rude to me on a phone appointment. I had questions because I’m a medically complex patient. She hung up on me. I’m shocked. I’ve NEVER in my life been treated so disrespectfully by a Dr. I will be reporting her to my insurance company. Her treatment towards me was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I’ve seen some pretty bad Drs in my life but she stole the show today.
