Poor quality of care. Staff scheduled my visit incorrectly. Nurse was too lazy to take down my medications so I had to spend half my visit giving them to doctor. She told me right off the bat I did not even need this visit. Provided zero information about going to a lab or follow up on test results. I had to call 4 times before a nurse finally just read the results to me over the phone. I did not get a chance to go over all my symptoms. It just seemed like she didn't care to listen at all. Now I am being charged for a $400 Telehealth visit that was supposed to be in person.
