I have been with Dr Bian for nearly 8 years. She has given me false information, withheld medications, and actually gaslit me by flip flopping and telling me I had or did not have certain conditions depending on whether I was asking for treatment for them. I know this because when I went to specialists they contradicted her statements and could not explain why she would tell me otherwise. It has been hell working with her, I have had to beg for treatment and has told me repeatedly that “nothing can be done.” I have never felt so out of control over my health as with her. I did not find that she cares, I found that she enjoyed telling me no. Again, other doctors in this practice helped me, she actively did not. She caused me to lose my job due to withholding medication and lose years of treatment due to falsely telling that that their pharmacist would not agree to medication that other doctors immediately prescribed.
