Patient Reviews
Aug 24, 2023
Dr. Derr is nice, has good bedside manner. I was really looking forward to getting her care due to high ratings online, however, I was disappointed due to several reasons: 1. As a first time patient, Dr. Derr wasn't thorough in looking at my medical history and rushed me out in 10 mins. I didn't have a chance to fully address my concerns and I was sent out the door rather quickly. I was waiting months to see her, yet left without feeling heard. 2. I gave her another chance and had a follow-up, I was still facing frustrating symptoms, yet doctor brushed all off as "my labs were normal" -- We all know that normal labs doesn't mean that the treatment plan is working. I had "normal labs" before yet was overmedicated due to my body's symptoms. Dr. Derr, again, left me feeling unheard, unvalidated, and gave me no reassurance or any extra guidance for any of my 4 concerns related to my thyroid. I am very disappointed in the lack of care to help despite labs saying "normal"
