Patient Reviews
Jan 23, 2024
Very dismissive, rude, and condescending. Offered no help and acted as if I was wasting her time. The nurse was nice and told me about a procedure that might be helpful for my condition. This Dr. Arffa didn’t mention it once and only mentioned an extremely invasive procedure that I’ve never heard of for my condition. Not one other doctor I’ve seen has ever once mentioned this as an alternative treatment option. She made assumptions about why I have the condition and I have seen other doctors that explained why I have the condition and what it is contributing to the effects it’s having on my body. Terrible bedside manner and should not be treating people. Left the office crying.
